    Working Principle

    Step 1: Dust Capture

    Install hoods or suction ports at each dust-generating machine (e.g., cutters, grinders, crushers). Dust is immediately captured at the source and drawn into the duct.

    Step 2: Conveying

    Dust-laden air is pulled through the main duct system by creating strong negative pressure with fans. The airflow acts like a vacuum, drawing pollutants toward the dust collector.

    Step 3: Filtration

    Air enters the filtration unit, passing slowly through filter cartridges or bags. Dust particles are blocked on the filter surface, while clean air passes through—ensuring emission standards are met.

    Working Principle

    Step 4: Pulse Cleaning

    As dust accumulates, resistance rises. The system triggers pulse-jet cleaning, releasing compressed air to dislodge dust cakes from filters into the hopper below—keeping filtration efficient and uninterrupted.

    Step 5: Discharge & Collection

    Clean air is discharged indoors (to save energy) or outside. Collected dust falls into the hopper and is regularly removed via discharge valves for unified recycling or disposal.
